Never use a plunger on your kitchen sink! You can blow the pipes apart and potentially flood your kitchen.
Always run lots of water down your drain when using your garbage disposal to prevent clogging. The extra water will push your food scraps all the way through your kitchen drainpipe, preventing clogging. BONUS TIPS: Occasionally throw a few ice cubes down your garbage disposal to keep the blades sharp. Baking Soda is a great deodorizer for your garbage disposal, but don’t forget the extra water!
